Aconchegante, vista linda, ótimos quartos, limpeza satisfatória, funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos.

Os degraus dentro do quarto térreo e após a escada que leva ao primeiro andar acabam causando acidentes que poderiam ser evitados. Meu marido torceu o pé e até hj sofre as consequências.

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel. El personal muy amable. Nos dejaron hacer el check in antes de lo previsto

A pesar de la buena ubicación del hotel, la habitación que nos asignaron daba a la salida de la parte inferior, por lo que se escuchaba constantemente el ruido de la gente entrando y saliendo. Además, estaba situada justo encima de un bar, así que el ruido era continuo. Sinceramente, para el precio que hemos pagado, la experiencia nos ha parecido bastante decepcionante teniendo en cuenta la ubicación de la habitación. También nos hubiera gustado que el desayuno fuera realmente tipo buffet, ya que consideramos que un hotel de esta categoría debería ofrecerlo. Por otro lado, nos sorprendió que no nos permitieran comer una pizza en la terraza, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que el hotel no dispone de cocina abierta para comidas ni cenas.

La ubicación y la vista a la playa. El desayuno está bien. El personal muy amable.

La habitación (301), había olor a humedad y orina. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y largaba mal olor. Por la puerta entraba mucha luz y ruido de la recepción. Deberían colocar mosquiteros en ventanas y puertas ya que se llena de mosquitos.

O chuveiro do quarto em que ficamos tinha pouca pressão e o ar condicionado não era muito eficiente, mas nada que comprometesse a estadia, que foi ótima.

La localisation exceptionnelle

Accueil à l’arrivée vraiment décevante. On serait cru à un poste de police demandant tous les documents des 4 personnes, passeports, numéro de Whatzapp et emails de tout le monde. Le personnel pas très aimable alors qu’en 2023 nous avons été très chaleureusement accueilli
