According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. Only one child will be permitted per room. Children 6 years or older will be considered adults. Parking is available for BRL 55 per night for cars and BRL 45 per night for motorcycles. The maximum vehicle size for parking at this property is as follows: Length: 16 feet Width: 6.6 feet Height: 5.9 feet Larger vehicles cannot park here. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of BRL 75 per pet per night. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per booking. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 15 kg or less. All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of BRL 300. A deposit may be required at the property.
