According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. Only one child will be permitted per room. Children 6 years or older will be considered adults. Parking is available for BRL 55 per night for cars and BRL 45 per night for motorcycles. The maximum vehicle size for parking at this property is as follows: Length: 16 feet Width: 6.6 feet Height: 5.9 feet Larger vehicles cannot park here. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of BRL 75 per pet per night. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per booking. "Valorização aos hóspedes."

A localização é boa. O quarto é aconchegante e o café da manhã é bem variado.

Não tem estacionamento incluso no valor da hospedagem. O horário do check in é bem tarde, só após às 15h.

De quase nada não voltaria ficar outra vez.

Em pleno final de ano uma pessoa só pra fazer o check-in, ficamos quase uns 30 minutos esperando pra fazer , e depois mais uns 40 minutos pra liberar o quarto,sendo que na hora da reserva o horário pra o check-in é 14:00 horas e chegamos lá era quase 17:00 horas.

Para chegar no hotel precisa passar dentro de um calçadão bem movimentada em altas temporadas. Solicitamos ajuda aos funcionários para entrar com o carro ou pelo menos deixar direto no estacionamento e falaram que não poderia ajudar, que precisava mesmo parar o carro na porta do hotel e eles levavam o carro.

Receptividade e cordialidade dos funcionários, perto da praia e fica exatamente em um calçadão com vários barzinhos e restaurantes.

Tivemos problemas em pagar pelo Booking, pagamos via Pix com antecedência e não foi colocado no sistema. Resolveram prontamente mas fica uma impressão de desorganização.
