Me colocaram em um Quarto péssimo, e a Dona não deu a opção de trocar, sendo que tinha vários quartos vazio, eu era o único ospede naquela noite, uma surpresa no café da manhã, o gato do hotel estava comendo a comida em cima da mesa do café, chegou primeiro que eu. Lugar muito perigoso, perguntei se poderia deixar o carro na rua me disseram que sim, e tive os dois retrovisor roubados. Pedi para Dona do hotel para ver nas câmeras que tinha uma câmera apontando para o carro e ela não deixou. Quem for se ospedar tomar muito cuidado, minha dica, minha pior experiência em Santiago.

Un bâtiment avec une architecture très originale, une terrasse très agréable, la chambre était très spacieuse ainsi que les espaces communs. Je recommande vivement.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable. Hay un patio con piscina. El edificio es muy lindo

No hay ningún código o llave para la puerta principal, entonces hay que llamar y esperar que te abran. Las habitaciones eran limpias y cómodas, pero se veía un poco de desgaste

O atendimento dos funcionários foi ótimo, só esqueceram de me falar como era o funcionamento pra água quente no chuveiro hehehe. Não consegui pegar o café da manhã porque saí antes. Por fim, destaco o quarto... enorme e cama extremamente confortável.

L'emplacement à proximité du centre historique, parfait pour les visites, un excellent restaurant en face de l'hôtel. Personnel accueillant et disponible.

Établissement en travaux, ne correspondant pas aux photos : piscine en travaux, bar inexistant, terrasse en travaux, cuisine commune inaccessible et de nombreux équipements sanitaires condamnés. Une fois la rénovation terminée, ce sera un établissement superbe.
