La ubicación está muy buena, el lugar es súper tranquilo.

Solo les recomendaría que contraten a alguien para que atienda a los que llegan de noche o madrugada o bien dejar indicaciones en la recepción ya que cuando llegamos no había nadie, afortunadamente unos huéspedes también estaban en las mismas y nos entregaron las llaves, de no haber sido así hubieramos dormido en la sala. Tampoco nos explicaron cómo funcionaban las puertas, tuvimos que descubrirlo x nuestra cuenta.

Excelente ubicación y muy linda casona en un sector histórico de Santiago. Los extras como piscina y espacios comunes también eran excelentes. Baños limpios y agua caliente. Desayuno bastante simple pero por el precio no se puede exigir mucho más, cumple.

Tuvimos problemas de comunicación con la hostal para realizar el check in. No fue posible establecer comunicación con la hostal a través del teléfono con las personas del turno de tarde, y no hay nadie a quien contactar. También había bastante polvo en las habitaciones asumo que por las renovaciones.

"Prijs kwaliteit is ok, basiscomfort is aanwezig, maar verwacht niet veel meer."

Mooi pand, goede locatie vlakbij enkele metrohalte en de busstop van de luchthavenshuttle.

Personeel wist niet heel veel over de buurt, onthaal was slordig en het ontbijt matig
