"Great Location but could improve some things like housekeeping"

The location is next to some convenient stores and fast food restaurants. Besides, the suite is very spacious andit has separate rooms. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok. Very practical if you are going to a game or a concert at Levi’s Stadium.

We stayed 4 nights and nobody came to clean the room during our whole stay. We had to ask for dry towels and toiletries to the front desk. Not easy to connect in Netflix or any other platform. Our room had a funny smell. Not bad but it didn’t smell like a hotel room. The gym is very tiny and with just few equipments.

Quiet room, good breakfast, shopping moll with several canteens nearby.

Even room way paid on Booking, they charged my card on check out that I did not notice immediately. Took about a week to get a refund.

"The Staff makes this place amazing!"

Staff is top notch! We came to the hotel for work but we had a lot of baggage and wine from Napa valley. They were So kind and told us to bring the wine in and our bags so they could hold them until our room Was ready. Then we also were able to leave them all day with then while we went to work. The new omlettes at breaksat are great too. I was just super Impressed with this hotel! I will Continue to stay them When traveling.
