La tención del personal es excelente, el chico de la recepción muy amable y en todo momento me proporcionó atención y la información de lo que necesitaba. Muy atento y amable en sus comentarios.

Entiendo que está en remodelación el hotel y por eso se vuelve incomoda la estancia, no hay restaurante, pero hay servicio a la habitación y eso genera espera del servicio. No hay plancha disponible para la habitación y se vuelve muy incómodo tener que salir a planchar al pasillo. No hay acceso a las plataformas para ver en la tv; sólo canales de tv abierta son horribles y aburridos; la comida sin sabor y el café horrible. La cama es vieja y muy ruidosa al momento de sentarse o recostarse.
