"Mildly disappointing"

No pool. It has been months. I was told that it would be fixed soon. However as my room overlooked the pool, not once in 4 days did I see anyone working on it! The construction in front of the hotel is confusing to taxi drivers.

Generally a first rated hotel with the familiar facilities. The location is excellent if you intend to go shopping at SM City.

Some construction going on infront of the hotel and the swimming pool area.

The hotel is very clean and well located. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The food at feria for dinner and breakfast was very good and the choice was huge and had something for everyone.

Although there is a dress code in the restaurant you had a lot of people coming in shorts and sleeveless tops in the evening and pyjamas in the morning which is not something you expect from a restaurant in a 5 star hotel.
