This trip was an impromptu trip to Carlsbad Caverns with my grandson. Your hotel was a perfect pick. Pool, fitness room, buffet breakfast and free guest laundry room. They even baked cookies nightly from 5-7. Service was excellent as well

The front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. It was kept hot and there were ample choices. Only one elevator was working. The carpet in the hall needed to be stretched. It was very loose. When we entered our room, we noticed that the wallpaper was coming off the wall. For the price we paid, I expected better.
