Days Inn by Wyndham Winchester M3

I stayed here in September, the first room I was given had a broken curtain, dirty walls and a very mouldy bathroom. I asked to change rooms as it was honestly disgusting. The next room was marginally better with slightly less mould in the bathroom. I asked to use the guest washing machine (which I am very pleased to see if no longer listed as an amenity), the front desk informed me that it was used to wash 'dirty things' and my washing would not smell good. Very disappointed with this stay, this hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment.

It was a very good experience, very good staff and helpful. Nice room with all the needy things, and amazing experience I would love to come again

Great price and convenient for royal Hampshire hospital

Not sure where to start with this one. I’ll admit I did make the booking only a few weeks away from our arrival and because of that some of our regular hotels in the area were not available. I took a look at this Days in online and while it wasn’t ideal in terms of location I figured it looked ok for the few days we needed it. The first issue was I booked a family room with multiple beds and was given a room with a single bed. When I went to the front desk I was told that even though I booked a room with multiple beds they decided to give me one with a single bed because I put on guest at time of booking. I also prepaid for the early check in a few days before arrival and it was not in the system when I arrived. All that said the gentleman at the front desk did change the room and allow the 1pm check-in. I thought that was the end of any issues until I actually got into the room, the condition of the room left a bit to be desired. I’m not sure when last the carpet had ever been cleaned. There was Mold in the shower and around the tub, I had to create a shower mat out of a plastic bag in order to use it. There were spiders and other creatures in the room. The bathroom sink drain was stuck shut and I asked a member of staff to assist hoping he would see the condition of the room and maybe realise the room hadn’t been cleaned (in months) he just banged at it with a spoon and acted like I should have been able to fix it. This was not a great experience at all.

A little bit tired looking but very clean, bed super comfy suitable for 1 night. Remember to bring shower gel and soap as none provided.

It’s an amazing deal and an ideal place to stop for a night on your travels. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

I booked this hotel for a night away within proximity to Paultons Park for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately upon arrival the member of staff on reception barely spoke when checking us in and pushed a key onto the desk with a sticky note on with our room number. I had to use my initiative and enter our car registration into the machine so not to get charged for parking on site. The hotel is small, based on a motorway services, has a small outside play park for children, is nearby the service station facilities. Atmosphere seemed quiet but we did arrive late due to travelling 3-4 hours to get to this hotel. The room was not very clean, had yellowy stains on the bedsheets, marks and cobwebs on the walls, and mould in the bathroom with the ceiling paint falling away. The hotel door didn't have the added safety lock because it has been broken or damaged prior to our arrival (as seen in photos). There was a stain on the toilet seat. The room was very basic - beds, small tv and a kettle with two mismatching cups. The upside was there was hot running water and we didn't hear any traffic. Although we were in the room right next to the sectioning corridor door which was loud closing when it was used. There was also a power cut during our stay. There was no one on reception upon checkout therefore was unable to report any issues. Overall, Very disappointing.

Our family was traveling internationally and couldn’t make local phone calls when our rental car had a puncture issue, the hotel owner was very nice and helpful to call rental company to arrange road side assistance. Much appreciated!

We arrived quite late but Sanjeev on Reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Wardrobe shelves were dirty, bedside table and dressing table/desk had dried cup stains and sticky marks. Bed was fine but cleaning needs significant improvement.

Thank yiu guys for such a hospitality. I was jot expecting service with amount i paid. To be honest i spend 6 days in budget hotel for the fist time and i was surprised.
