"Nice hotel, good downtown location"

Overall, a good place to stay. We came for a concert at the Civic Center, and it was a short walk. The downtown was clean and felt very safe, we had no concern walking back to the hotel at midnight. My only complaint was the lack of complementary coffee, which now seems a given at most hotels. Instead, Courtyard wants you to pay at their Starbucks which I won't do.

"Downtown Amarillo"

Good location but check in was confusing. We booked a rate that included parking and breakfast but the Front Desk had no record of the info. When we went to breakfast the next morning the cafe also didnโ€™t have the info. Also breakfast took a while to prepare even though we were the only ones at the cafe. We have stayed at this hotel for several years and like the location/historic building but there were gaps in service with our recent stay.

"Disappointing"

Location, very clean, great view

The last few times we have stayed there the internet has not worked so we couldn't use the streaming services like, Netflix, YouTube, etc not a deal breaker but we enjoy those type of services and it happens alot at this hotel with the internet not working
