Guy at the front desk was very nice but he was all alone at the busiest check in time - he had a long line. It took a long time to get checked in. Donโ€™t know why the hotel would pick peak check in time to only have one person on the desk. Nice hotel otherwise, very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Check in process with David is always fast & easy. We ate dinner in the bistro & not was it good. Kelly made a great espresso martini, Cobb salad & BLT! Supper yummy! Great place to stay.

"All round terrible experience at the Marriott in Amarillo"

The property was generally ok

We did not get room service offered, if we wanted replacement beverages we had to ask โ€ฆworst of all nobody advised us that every Weekend a RAVE would take place until 2am in the bars in the street outside the hotel and we would not get any sleep as the speakers were outside in the street. By the time it stopped at 2am we had a headache and couldnโ€™t sleep before having to leave the hotel early in the morning for our onward journey ..be under no illusion the overnight reception staff told me this happens every Friday evening/morning. Luckily we left on Saturday morning so have no idea what the rest of the weekend..there is no downtown in Amarillo most of it is closed down.
