"Disappointed."

Window lock broken in room 3 , so could not secure the room. Heater was broken so room was cold in the night. Reported to the receptionist, but she couldn't get hold of any managers to rectify the problem. Was not offered any alternative room to stay in. Very disappointed with our stay this time.

Sparkling clean, reasonably priced, clean towels, comfy bed, everything you could wish for. My request for a disability-friendly room was met, and check in was efficient and friendly. I've stayed here several times, and am highly satisfied, as usual.

This was a great value stay in the vicinity of Drayton Manor. The staff were attentive and helpful and the hotel is attached to the services. The reception is not manned in a morning but it didn't really cause any issues other than trying to buy some breakfast vouchers. However we did manage to get some via help from a member of the team.
