Service from the receptionist, Kerry, was absolutely excellent. She was very welcoming and friendly.

"The stay sufficed as a one night stopover."

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs an upgrade.

Sink tap was dripping unless it was turned off so tightly my partner couldn't turn it on. Shower needs a screen instead of a curtain.

comfy bed

it was so hot I asked for a fan for my child and the woman at reception just said we haven't got one ! they were not fully booked there were rooms available therefore there were spare fans ! I had to give my child mine and not sleep due to no air conditioning it was in the middle of the motorway which I didn't realise when booking so it wasn't convenient for me
