Location

The place is dated, even with new paint the place felt old. The furniture was rickety and the a/c unit was barely hanging together in one piece. The breakfast area was too hot with the morning sun to sit in. There us a train track directly behind the hotel and was a bit loud. When checking in there was a full bus load of Brazilian men ( all smoking and all standing right by the front door) We asked for a quiet room and were told " I don't think that will happen". I have a hard time recommending this hotel.

Room was clean.

Breakfast was horrible. They knocked on our door at 10:45 P.M. and asked to come in. Woke us up. We said no, had no idea why they were there. Couldnt sleep after that. People coming home from the bars were noisy. It wasnt cheap either. Wont be back.

The hotel is very run down. The door to our room didn’t shut properly unless you slammed it and there was no DND door hanger anywhere in the room. Our towels were clean but stained from previous guests and the fitted sheet wouldn’t stay on the mattress so we basically had to sleep on a bare mattress. The shades had holes in them, the paint was patchy, and the breakfast was cold. The only positive was the water pressure to the shower was phenomenal. The shower itself was stained and worn.
