Sehr gute Lage direkt am Fluss/See und in der Stadt

Preis/Leistung Zimmer sind schön aber klein und Frühstück war ok aber für fast 300€/Nacht sehr mau

Super Lage , gutes Frühstück, gute Ausstattung.

Zimmer mit Blick auf einen Lichtschacht in dem auch noch ein Abluftgebläse die ganze Nacht lief. Hat man das Fenster geöffnet roch es wie in einer Pommesbude. WLAN im Zimmer eine Katastrophe.

Es war in der Nacht sehr laut, Brause in der Dusche nur von oben. WC-Deckel hat gequietscht.

Its location, being in the heart of the town and near to the ferry terminal. Having breakfast on the outside terrace was a nice way to start the day.

Like other hotels we stayed in, the expectation regarding in room services (tea/coffee) were not great. However, we if asked for extras they were provided or we were able to go to the dining room to get items.

Great location if you are coming by ferry, bed was comfortable, quiet, good air conditioning. Good breakfast.

Expensive for the room we were given. We had the queen room but it wasn’t a budget price. After we booked they sent a message explaining the window was in an internal light well and if we wanted an external window we could upgrade. This should have been information on the booking site. Bathroom floor was not tiled, just painted concrete which is not hygienic, shower goes all over the bathroom floor, so it gets very wet. We had cycles and asked for storage and was told to take them to our room on the 3rd floor. So not cyclist friendly, there was a space next to the staircase they could have been stored, this was not offered.

Great location with a beautiful view of the lake. Room size was perfect. Breakfast was enough and with a great choice of options available.

The noise coming from the pub below.
