i like that it has balcony - there's a good view of the mountain and the lake. you can hear birds singing - relaxing. breakfast is as usual. the staff are accommodating and polite.

the location - up in the hill. either you climb by stairs or take the uphill walk; difficult if you have heavy luggage though main train station or metro is just 8-10 mins walk away.
