The beds were comfy, we had everything we needed.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was quite loud.

Everything about this place was really good. Just as advertised: lovely pool and decking area with sauna. Lovely breakfast - longe area where we met up with family friends (we booked 5 rooms for 3 nights). Owner and staff were very helpful and kind. Great rooms and good night’s sleep. Ideal location near to Sea Point restaurants and beach a few roads down. Would return here.

Lovely guesthouse accurately advertised in every way. We enjoyed the sauna and the pool and the lounge / dining area is very nice. We booked 5 rooms for 3 nights and they were all wonderful. Well located for Sea Point beaches and restaurants a few roads down. We would return here. Cleaner discovered after we had left that wife’s earrings had been left. Plan made to collect them later.

I enjoyed my stay at Mountview Spa and Guest House. The room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. And good value for money.

We would have liked to see drinks and snacks for self service at the guesthouse.

Sadly I found the service lacking. Not very friendly staff. The bed was tiny and both my wife and I slept with our feet hanging off the end. There was no drinking water available anywhere. In the morning i asked for a cup of coffee and i was told to use the instant coffee in my room. There was a proper coffee machine in the kitchen so i asked if i could not have a "proper" coffee and was told no as i had no selected the breakfast package. Crazy
