Paradise Cove Luxurious Beach Villas

The way we were made to feel welcome by the owner and his family. The location was fantastic, the Villa had everything we needed and was very clean. The outside space was perfect to relax in.

Great villa in a nice location, steps away from the coastal boardwalk that takes you into Paphos harbour. Pool could use minor repair to some of the tiling but nothing really of concern. Towels were changed every couple of days by the friendly team running the villa complex. There is a beach bar run by the complex overlooking the sea. The bartender was rude to us and a number of guests whilst we were there having a drink so we didnt go back. Shame as its a lovely setting for a sunset drink.

The property was in a great location, the boardwalk is great, the view, the pool, we had a great stay

The property was on a septic system, which I feel we should have been told before. We only got one key making us have to coordinate when we wanted to do two different things. no cups and or dishes that are safe for the pool area. Adding a pool safe cup would be nice, instead of having so many different types of ceramic/glass tea cups and coffee cups and wine, ect. I think it had at least 8 sets of different cups, very little cabinet space The bathrooms are tiny, mostly just the main bathroom is pretty much unusable (should take out towel warmer) Need hooks to hang a jacket or towels And the glass paneled wall and door to the downstairs bedroom add so much light would be a nice touch to add a curtain that could be opened/closed. Since you can’t turn off swamp light The main living room tv didn’t work it seemed to not have power even though it was plugged in Would love the light/power switches to be labeled

The location was great- good balance of peace and quiet with near by amenities. The villa was very well appointed and had everything you needed for a self catering holiday.

There wasn’t really anything I didn’t like. If I were to say anything I would say the bathroom is a little on the small side, but that’s just a personal choice.

The location was good, we had a sea view. Comfortable bed, shower once we had sorted out the hot water was fine. Handy to have a washing machine in the villa. Had Netflix on the telly, to watch film later in the evening. We did ask if we could stay longer, in the villa on the day of departure, as our flight wasn’t until the afternoon. That was agreed over the phone by Antonis, which really helped us out.

For the price we paid for February, over £900, we would have expected some water, tea, coffee and milk on arrival, as a lot of shops were closed. There was no booklet to let us know, where closest supermarket, restaurant, taxi cab was, as we didn’t know the area, luckily we could use the internet but some guests may not be able to! We had to pay for the pool to be heated 15€ a day, which we thought was a bit much. We never met the host, he never even messaged to see if everything was ok, which is disappointing, he did agree, over the phone, to us staying in the villa for an extra couple of hours on day of departure though, which was a great help. We only met the maintenance guy and the cleaner, who were both very pleasant.
