The Ashbourne Hotel, BW Signature Collection

I recently got married at the Ashbourne & I honestly can’t say a bad word about the venue or the staff or the food as it was all amazing, the rooms were also amazing & beautiful I would highly recommend the hotel, me & my wife can’t wait to go back for food

We had Christmas dinner here as we always do every year and it was excellent, the food food gets better and better, amazing food and service. A big shout out to Rob as always 😀

We returned again for New Years Eve with our daughter and grandson even though our previous stay there wasn't the best. So we thought because we enjoyed our stay the previous New Year's Eve that we would give it another try. Our stay was very good this time the rooms were very clean and tidy , with beds being very comfortable. We had a evening meal in the Fork and Spoon restaurant which was very tasty and good as was the service we received, breakfast was also good too

Christmas Day Lunch THE ALL TIME RIP OFF I went with friends and was SO disappointed The starter was nice Salmon 3 small pieces just put on a plate with no garnish. I had the BEEF but it was so thin and tough I asked for a steak knife and still struggled to cut it. My Yorkshire pud was over cooked and inedible the only decent part was the vegis. I asked for Ice cream and Sorbet for desert and got 3 small scoops just in the middle of a plate np garnish or anything I had to ask if they served wine as there was no wine list just fancy drinks I was asked if I wanted small/me/large I asked for a medium and got half of a small wine glass = one of the party wanted an Australian wine and was told they only sold it by the bottle!!!! The mince pies that only arrived as we ere leaving were so thin I am not sure where the filling was My friends had pate just on a plate with nothing, Turkey OK and desert Cheesecake I won't insult you reader by telling you how much this cost NEVER AGAIN

Parcarea prea aglomerat

We got married at this hotel yesterday! From start to finish Rob and the staff made the whole days perfect! The food was amazing! Our guests had the best day! Rob took all the stress out of organising a wedding. A lot of our guests stayed overnight in the hotel also and all commented on how lovely the rooms are and the breakfast the next morning. Such welcoming staff. The bar staff were fab there was no long queues. We can’t thank everyone enough, a day we’ll never forget ❤️❤️❤️
