Foi, simplesmente, perfeita. A hospitalidade, o carinho e a atenção de todos os funcionários, Rosana (recepção), Natasha e Karina (concierge), Aline e Dara (café da manhã), Joelma (chef), Cleo (bar man), e os outros que estiveram por trás da excelência de todos os serviços prestados, que fizeram da nossa estadia um momento mais do que especial. Um modelo a ser seguido. Nunca havia ficado num lugar tão perfeito. Recentemente fizemos uma longa viagem para o Canadá e EUA, ficamos em vários hotéis, mas nada se compara aos serviços prestados pela Etnia. O nosso MUITO OBRIGADOS por tudo!

O hotel tem ótimas acomodações e estrutura mais o diferencial sem duvida está nos serviços ,a concierge foi extremamente atenciosa em montar diariamente nossa programação diária e noturna com reservas nos apoios de praias e restaurantes A pousada não é pé na areia portanto para praias precisamos de carro o que não foi um problemas

We loved our stay at Etnia. Staff are helpful, room was spacious (although be careful which room you get as not all are within reach of WiFi) and the pool is perfect for a morning dip. The only let down was the food. We paid 45 real for a microwaved mini quiche and a couple of lettuce leaves. But you’d be mad to eat there anyway when you have some of the finest restaurants right outside.

We stayed at Etnia for 3 days and really enjoyed our stay. We were in Ojule which had a kitchen and additional bathroom, so would have been perfect for a longer stay and/or with family or friends. We already had activities planned for each day of our stay so, if anything, we underutilised the hotel. Etnia is a short walk from the Quadrado but still near restaurants and shops. I'd recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax and with a bigger group, particularly if you are looking to stay on site and make use of the pool. The hotel is also opposite a gym and the police station, so very safe!

We wanted a quiet, romantic pousada to celebrate our anniversary and this was the perfect place. The owners and concierge were wonderful. We opted for dinner at the on site restaurant and lived the Rio do Barra. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place just off the Quadrado. Owner and staff very attentive and very friendly. Full of recommendations to make our stay in the area the best it could be. Breakfast very nice with the best home made cheesy balls in Brazil! (And I’ve had a lot of cheesy balls since being here!). Beach is a decent walk so we opted for a few nights here (where we chilled out around the pool area and went into the square every night) then in other pousada on the beach. Great stay, Trancoso is stunning, lively and friendly, although not a cheap venue.

Etnia Pousada is a fabulous, high-end boutique hotel perfectly located just minutes from the Trancoso Quadrado. It is far enough away to preserve the quiet beauty of the grounds at Etnia while remaining convenient. The staff is simply delightful and the food is outstanding. Five stars all around.

We celebrated my husband's birthday in Trancoso and stayed at the beautiful Etnia Pousada. Every detail from the amazing beautiful location and gardens,(3 minute walking distance to quadrado), the friendly and professional staff, the comfortable, carefully great taste decorated room to the incredible breakfast and first class food and service we had the best ever experience at Etnia. It is a five star in every way. We will be back soon :)

Stayed here 5 nights in early April. They said the place was full but we only saw a few other guests around breakfast time. Wonderful greeting, excellent food, and amenities were excellent. We stayed in the cottage (only room avail when we booked) which was small but private. Surrounded by forest just off the main drag it was a nice blend of jungle and clean open spaces. Location is as good as it gets in Trancoso, 2min walk to shops and 5 to Quadrado. 10min (covered and cool) walk to the beach. Could not be happier with Roger and Natacha who arranged all our transfers and ensured we had things (or no things!) to do each day. Will stay again.
