Sonia was at reception when we arrived and she was absolutely lovely - really friendly, helpful and welcoming, so thank you, Sonia! The room was clean and the hotel is really well-located for a walk to the centre or the popular sights - we walked to Alhambra and to lots of the viewpoints from here.

Previously, we had stayed on the top floor in a spectacular room. This time our room was on the second floor. It was clean, nicely appointed but the only window was into the courtyard which made the room dark. However, the location is suberb. The coffee shop below is lovely with wonderful staff. We highly recommend this hotel particularily if you have a room with a view.

El alojamiento tiene mucho encanto, te transporta en un cuento y en otra época, el personal era amable y correcto, todo estaba muy limpio, y la ubicación es maravillosa, hay mucho ambiente pero no ruido en las habitaciones

La cafetería es cara y de pésima calidad, el café estaba malo y pedimos bollería fueron 14 e. Y estaba mala y tardaron un tiempo considerable en poner 2 dulces
