"Cocktails at The Phelps Bar"

We went to the Phelps bar before a show at the Taft and Kelly was bartending. She was so friendly and fun! Our service was superb and we're definitely going back! So glad we decided to go there - it started our night with such a great vibe!

Lifetime elite who stays 40-50 nights a year for work and leisure, so we have been around. This is easily one of the best Residence Inns I’ve stayed at anywhere in the USA. A gem of a property in downtown Cincy with nice 2 bedroom suites, prime location and a REALLY good staff. Free breakfast, street and valet parking, and a friendly and helpful staff. It’s so nice to have the 2 bedroom, 2 bath with kitchen option when you have a small group staying. Also a rooftop bar and lobby bar. Close to food/drink, sports, concerts, casino, and business stuff downtown. Absolutely 5/5 stars

I’ve been coming here for years but this trip was extra special from check in, Karen made the process seamless, listened to my preferences and made sure everything was exactly how I like it. Her attention to detail really set the tone for the whole stay. The property itself continues to be comfortable, clean, and in a great location for my personal and business needs and the service keeps me coming back. Karen’s professionalism and warmth really stood out and made this visit feel a little more personal. I’ll definitely be back soon!

"Great location close to the theater."

Breakfast was plentiful and the sitting area was roomy with lots of seating options.

The air conditioning worked well but the vent was loud and disruptive at night.

Could not windows did the beautiful blue skies and wonderful fresh air outside. The only option was the hotels stale recirculated air. Could not get away from the canned music in the bar, lobby, breakfast area.
