"Phelps stay during Christmas"

This has probably been the third or fourth year that my family and I have spent the Christmas holiday, together at the Phelps. And each and every year has been remarkable. We have seen a few changes in staff; however, the front desk employee Karen has remained since we started coming and has always been so kind, helpful and simply amazing to us. She goes above and beyond to make sure all needs are met and our stay is pleasant. We look forward, with hopes, that Karen is there whenever we stay on the property. The other front desk staff members and the valet team were pleasant and extremely nice as well. We adore the Phelps team and looking forward to the next winter holiday season.

I had a great experience at the Residence Inn/The Phelps in downtown Cincy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bartender, Tynisa, was personable and excellent at her job. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view was lovely. The free breakfast was bountiful.
