Situation et personnel très accueillant

Pas d’ascenseur dans un hôtel 3 étoiles. Pas de frigo en chambre. Et pas de climatisation… nuit caniculaire

Camera al 2 piano (sottotetto) senza ascensore. Esposta al sole senza aria condizionata ne' ventilazione. Assolutamente invivibile per mancanza di aria. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare la struttura dopo pochi minuti e cercare una sistemazione alternativa.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff at reception was really friendly and even offered an earlier checkin, so we could immediately go to our rooms. The view from our room over Mont Saint Michel was mesmerizing. (Attached the photos) Enjoyed proximity to shuttle bus and the bus to Pontorson Gare.

No air conditioning, so it must be really hot in here during the hot summer days. There were a lot of bugs flying at the balcony in the evening, so we couldn’t even open the door for fresh air. Breakfast could have a better selection of meals.

"Loved it. We found one night stay was perfect."

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Their English was excellent. When we arrived the desk clerk ( their names could be written more clearly on their name tags) showed us the best route to manage our time at Mount Saint Michel. Thank you!
