Abbiamo passato una vacanza fantastica grazie al livello dell’offerta di questo magnifico Hotel. Ristorante con menù vario, piatti gustosi e una carta dei vivi non trascurabile; una particolare segnalazione va alla cura avuta per mia moglie celiaca cui non è stato fatto mancare nulla. Piscina esterna riscaldata di fronte alle 3 cime, la ciliegina sulla torta, top!

Sehr gute Lage direkt neben der Talstation der Gondelbahn. Sehr gutes Essen. Riesiger Pool, grosses Wellness-Angebot

Der Check-in war ausgesprochen schlecht. Zuerst liess uns die Dame rund 15 Minuten warten, da sie am Telefonieren war. Danach teilte sie uns ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Strasse zu, obwohl wir ausdrücklich Garten- und Poolblick gebucht hatten. Erst nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir das gebuchte Zimmer, wobei sie ihr Unverständnis für unseren Wunsch durchblicken liess. Das Hotel ist ziemlich gross, so dass eine persönliche Begrüssung bzw. ein persönlicher Kontakt mit den Eigentümern wohl nicht möglich ist.
