Hotel des Ardennes

Very nice little hotel, ate in the accompanying bar/restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful views in the surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Amazingly comfortable room love the decor and bathroom

Vibe: The hotel room was clean and modern. Restaurant had rustic features which we loved. Felt like a nice get away for us. Service: Excellent! This hotel is run by a lovely couple. We had gone on a hike and ended up somewhere 16km away from the hotel. I called up the hotel to ask for the number for a taxi - which the owner profusely advised me against (very expensive!) and that they would come pick me up instead. Also breakfast is a winner with lots of options on offer including dinner options. Our room was cleaned daily. Location: This hotel is located an hour away from Luxembourg City. We did not realise this when we booked this. However, it was a nice surprise to be away from the city and in a small town - country side. Overall: A lovely stay. Would come again.

Hotel location at small & warm town, with countryside & hill view, restaurant at downstairs, room clean but not big.

Alles bijeen viel het goed mee, zeker de prijs-kwaliteits verhouding.

Nette vernieuwde kamers ,resto is nog typisch Luxemburgs ingericht maar lekker eten en vriendelijke bediening, uitgebreid ontbijt. Tip :klang-wandeling die vertrekt aan de kerk

Sehr zu empfehlen , Hotel liegt am ruhigen Ort, sehr güstig gelegen wenn mann im Norden Luxemburg zu tun hat. Frühstück ist erstklassisch, werde germe wiederkommen !!!!!!!, Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

So, basically the hotel is fine. The service is good, recepcionists are very friendly and nice, food is okay. Our room (it was a standart one with doble bed) was comfy and looked very nice. The only thing is that I would suggest not to leave the windows open...I agree than ventilizing is a good thing, but we came quite late and it was very freeze inside the room, because when we came the window was still open. And we also had to haunt some mosquitos, because there were few of them in the room bothering to be able to sleep. Another minus is that we could hear what happened in other room, so the walls are not very good to isolate the noise, but our "neighbours" was quite so it wasn't such a big deal. We could find easily the hotel with a navigator, but we couldn't find a parking lot (btw, it's impossible to come to the hotel without a car), at the end we could park nearby, but it wasn't a hotel's property already. And wifi signal was quite weak... So, in general it was fine, but it's possible to improve
