Reception - only spanish speaking Restaurant - only spanish speaking, seriously bad food, poor selection, totally overpriced Room - poor condition, dirty General - overpriced, you will not get what you pay for

"Grossly overpriced,"

Grossly overpriced for what you get. This place is far overpriced for the facilities . There are much better value options out there. This is a 100 usd at best accommodation .

Grossly overpriced and thevalue is simply not there.

Good views, nice aesthetic

Played music so loud I could hear it through earplugs and noise cancelling headphones until midnight. Bess uncomfortable. Staff unfriendly

The staff went above and beyond and allowed early check in which was very helpful and amazing. I am very thankful to all the staff who make our stay wonderful.

In the evening there was some loud music near by. I know the hotel cannot control this. May a place to put suitcase on.

This is an old hotel that may had seen better days. The room looked poor. The hotel itself is worn down and you can't even pay for transport to the airport with a card (debit/credit), they only accept cash.
