The room was spacious and clean; the bed was very comfortable.

The noise from the traffic as the building is facing the main road.

Ite ok for one or night. everday cleaning and top up other daily needs, towels tissue rolls and coffee, milk etc. Other all things there bbq,pool,free parking.

Fan have one speed maximum only, no sound protection at night you can count howmany vehicles moving on the road. And very old building.

The reception staff were kind, friendly and helpful. The tea/coffee/juice and muffins/doughnuts in the morning was a nice gesture by the motel. I expected a bit of noise given the location and age of the motel but wasn’t so and slept soundly. I actually enjoyed the openness and vibe of the place. It has a pool and you can do laundry and the lounge are adjacent to reception was great. Books available as well.

No complaints really. A bit of a distance from esplanade if no vehicle but used it as an opportunity to get in some good walks. Given the age of the motel there was bound to be some issues. There may have been some ceiling mould ?? that may require attention. I did report a minor problem one morning and it was sorted during the day.

Location was good.

The property had mould through shower that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The apartment wasn’t very clean in general. Also the hot water never lasted. I did bring all of these things to their attention but not much was done about anything. To top it off I believe that I got bed bug bites too.
