La atención del personal, todos fueron amables, hacen lo que pueden con lo que pueden contar para proporcionar el servicio y la relación calidad - precio, no puedo ser muy exigente por lo que pagué

El piso de la habitación estaba ligeramente sucio cuando llegue, como cuando se te cae una coca y sientes que se pega la suela del zapato, pero lo más molesto es la ubicación, está a un lado de la autopista, pasa mucho trailer o vehículos en general y toda la noche se escucha el ruido, no descanse bien!

El trato del personal de limpieza, excelente me resolvieron rápido lo de toallas y control de tv

El trato que me ofreció la recepcionista al llegar, me dijo que el menor no tenía el desayuno incluido por política del hotel, cuando mi reserva incluía el desayuno para las 3 personas. Se mostró negativa. Por lo que en mi segundo día no utilicé el servicio de desayuno para el menor.
