I like where it is at and the staff was very helpful on getting things for me.

The room had electrical problems, dirty shower, dirty oven, outdated furniture, and the list goes on.

The location is great and water views are breath taking!

Bay view was great! Property was quiet and in great proximity of everything. Staff was incredibly nice!!

Found nasty molded baby bottle under cushions of pull out couch and dirty napkins in the same area. Couch was also dirty. Floor was very dirty and turned my socks black.

This place needs ALOT of TLC . This was not the worst place I have stayed. Our room was clean. But there was a lot of issues. Our room the security bolt was broken, the door to the room you had to pull hard to open and slam to close and the bathroom vent fan was hanging on by a wing and a prayer. The bathtub stopper was broken too. But we did not know that until the day before we left and my child wanted a bath to help with their sunburn. The hotel staff leaves at 4pm also. So, heaven help you if you need help later. The website said the room had a microwave and a fridge. But our room had neither. They also book us into a room with only one bed, and we had 3 people. There are no roll away cots either. The pool needed minor TLC just a good scrubbing. The Hot tub was good but was not as hot the last day we were there. They had a shuffleboard court, but it looked like never used. There was a room with an old pool table and other things. But it was so hot in there I could not handle it. The pictures on the website are rather misleading. There is also a sign by the ice machines that if you are caught using them for a cooler you can get kicked out with no refund.

Great location to stay. Plenty of walking spots food, drinks etc. Also, there is a option to rent a boat. I recommend it.

I liked that it was on the water & was quite but the room had an oder that smelled like mildew in the air system that didnt go away no matter what I did & i used a diffuser, sprayed like crazy- including vents but it just stunk, then the carpet in the beroom was extremely old & gross, the first room we were sent to was still dirty they thought it had been cleaned, then the second room they got us in stunk & was very outdated, hope they remodel because the place would be amazing if so
