LOGIS, Hôtel Cartier

The hotel was easily found. The offer of checking on the room booked with a view to upgrade if required for a minimal cost was given without pressure. The keys handed over,the rooms duly inspected, we chose the upgrade, not a lot of difference,personal choice only. We were advised on the parking options. In house 6 euros or alternatively free public parking across from the hotel, visible and due to positioning on the main street, we felt, quite safe, again no pressure either way. We felt this hotel to be a trusting,possibly family run establishment and if quiet and respectful of others, guests were encouraged to come and go freely. Security arrangements for late entry were explained thoroughly. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Dining staff also. The restaurant was obviously frequented by others as well as in-house guests and the quality/variety of the food bore this out. We enjoyed our dinners both evenings,wines and beer more than reasonably priced accompanying. Due to the beauty/history of the area, this hotel is more than worthwhile utilized as a base for exploring, we highly recommend it.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The decor was relatively fresh and the bathroom brand new (although the toilet was bizarrely right next to the wall). There was a good sized family room with one single bed in it's own area which was ideal for my son.

Quillan is a little French Village on the end of a Branch line. The Hotel was just great, the staff although some spoke english ,which wasn,t a problem were just the best. The Host of the Hotel went out of his way to make the stay go so smooth. I will make sure i stay there again. The Food all very tasty.
