スタッフのみなさんが、とても親切。 立地が、凄く良い。

バスタブに入ろうとして、お湯を入れたら、茶色のお湯が出てきた点。

There should be a smoking corner at level 16 . Access to room via two lifts is too troublesome . There should be light switches on both sides of the twin beds

Great location, beautiful ocean views, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and outstanding service from the staff. The infinity pool was a highlight, and having direct access to the shopping mall was very convenient.

Nothing significant. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very enjoyable stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights on my recent trip to Thailand. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. I booked an oceanfront room and the views from the room were fabulous. This is a great hotel location wise and also has an interconnected mall for shopping. Overall everything good, the only thing this time was their main restaurant was closed for refurbishment, rest all went well with comfortable stay.

My stay in Hilton Pattaya on June 9-11 2026. The lady who checked me in at the hotel was very friendly and helpful .Sorry forgot the name may be Banda wear the back color uniform. Another female staff member served us some drinks in Lobby which was really thoughtful. The room was great and perfect. I went to the horizon rooftop bar and restaurant on June 10 ,the staff were very kind, the ambiance was nice, and the drinks were good. It's a hotel I would highly recommend, and I would definitely stay again. However, at around 6:25 PM, we went outside the lobby to take photos after having drinks upstairs. Since the reception had no incoming calls or waiting guests at that time, we asked the hostess if we could take a photo together. She seemed very impatient and didn't answer us at first. When I asked again, she said, 'Wait a second.' In the end, we left feeling quite helpless and disappointed
