"Slipping a bit but still solid"

Recently stayed here for 10 nights. Still a great hotel near the action. The Edge was closed. So the breakfast is now in the ballroom. Just isn’t the same. It’s cramped with mediocre offerings and tons people hovering over the few stations. Horizon was a highlight. Great food and staff. Tan was exceptional every night we came. The executive lounge staff was great. Especially Jessica who remembered my name daily as well as Ploy. The Concierge / Bell tram led by Edward and the boys always brightened the day. Ty The pool staff needs help. Was there 10 days. No one says hi or remembers you. Low light every day there for sure Yet their was hiccups. Manager Zheng was very professional and courteous and made sure it was made Right.
