フロントの女性に、フルネームや部屋番号、料金を１階フロアに響き渡る様な大声で叫ばれた挙げ句「２名様で御予約ですね」と言われたので「３名です」と応えると「お子様、添い寝ですよね？なので２名です」と、これまた大声で叫ばれた。３名の部屋を３名で予約し、３名分の料金を支払っているにも関わらず本当に不愉快だった。ラーメン屋なら重宝されそうなバカでかい声の、大ベテラン風な女性をホテルの顔ともいえるフロントに起用していること自体にもかなりの疑問を感じている。
