The room size for 2 was adequate, but not much extra space for suitcase storage. The hotel location is close to a main road with lots of dining options, but if you don't have a car to drive, the location is a 15 minute walk to the nearest train station. The buffet breakfast wasn't something I signed up for when making the reservation, but for some reason, for the two nights we stayed there, the buffet was "sold out", so breakfast was unavailable. Otherwise it was a nice stay, and the staff kindly let us check in a little early when we arrived ahead of schedule.

いつも利用させていただいています。スタッフの方々の対応がとても丁寧で、お声かけも印象が良く、いつも気持ち良く宿泊させていただいています。 特に、ある女性のスタッフさんが、とてもお声かけが優しく、丁寧でお気遣いも決め細やかで、うちの家族の印象が大絶賛です。 娘が大好きと言ってます。

There was parking on site, and the room was quiet even though it was very urban and intended for workers. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean and functional. The refrigerator was helpful. We booked here because we had difficulty finding other better accommodation in our budget, in Matsumoto.

If you are looking for tourist amenities, this is not the place; we only stayed here because we had difficulty finding accommodation in Matsumoto. While everything was clean and functional, the bed was as hard as concrete, and the loft bedding was worse. The staff were accustomed to their regular worker clientele, and struggled to manage tourists. Compared to other places in Japan, this was expensive for the accommodation. We recommend going above nightly budget to secure more suitable accommodation, because this was not good value given the poor quality of rest.

以前の料金体型からは、少し高くなり家族でとしては残念ですが、それでも周辺のホテルとは比較にならない料金でいつも助かっています。 今回は、天候が雨。荷物など濡れてないか？ スタッフのお気遣いに感謝でした。
