I love how nice the rooms are inside. The fact that some have a couch too is great, and the bench to get dressed at is great. I love the separate area just for shower and toilet. Decor is nice, and no disgusting carpets.

First time I was there, I had a fridge with freezer. This time I needed a freezer, and when I got in the room, they had removed it from the fridge. When I asked to be moved to a room with a freezer, they said none have them. ??? All I ask, is to just update the website if there is something missing that's normally there. Also, and this was NOT good. 😡 The room was a queen with a bug tub with jets...My back was hurting from a 6 hour drive. When I went to start a bath, the water handles had been removed!!!!!!What???? Say that on the website, if the tubs are not usable!!! I thought this hotel would be my go to when I visit my daughter at UCDavis... Maybe not anymore.

The floors were so dirty they were sticky. I wiped up some water on the floor and the cloth was black. There was a cockroach on the dresser when we walked in. Had much nicer accommodations for the same price elsewhere
