インターの目の前で場所は良い、設備もきれい

大人1名、子供2名（14歳、16歳）を一部屋（クィーンベット×1、シングルベット×1）で予約しましたが、チェックイン時に「添い寝プランは小学生以下です」と言われ、追加料金を請求されました。予約時に人数と年齢を入力しているのに、少し納得がいきませんでしたが支払いました。係の人曰く、booking側とホテル側でシステムの違い？が有るようです。イレギュラーな泊まり方をする時はホテル側に確認が必要なのでしょうか
