L’emplacement, la propreté des lieux et la gentillesse du personnel. Les produits pour le bain et la toilette.

Les chambres manquent de personnalité. La décoration est froide. Très peu de rangement dans les chambres surtout quand on occupe la chambre à deux.

Son emplacement au cœur d Aix en Provence

Il y avait une importante odeur d égout dans la salle de d bain que j ai indiqué à la réception lors du Check out le matin. Il m a été répondu « on va mettre du produit » ni d excuse ni de désolé et manifestement juste un petit coup de pshit Cet hôtel avait du prestige et de la classe…. Avant!
