USI'd rate this 9 out of 10. Clean, quiet, comfortable. It’s been well looked after and serviced. It’s in a very practical location, not far from anywhere. It was ideal for my wife and I to continue our exploration of Tasmania.
Property needs a bit more tlc. Lovely outlook if you like country but starting to lack maintenance.
