Guests highly rate the very quiet and frequently praise the love the bush setting.
AULots of birds, barbecue was clean and easy to use and cooking facilities were very good. The ability to walk up the hill and to a nearby cove in the evening for a view and to get to know the wallabies. Turbos were entertaining. The nearby shop at the entrance to Manuka rd iwsvery handy for fresh produce. Tranquil setting.
Road signage coming from Hobart was not clear at ground level and was partially covered by vegetation..

AUGood location, nice view from the room , can see wildlife. Clean linen. Friendly greeting on arrive.
There was no stove in the kitchen, replace by electrical fry pan . Unpleasantly shoked to find uncleaned brown spots inside of the white tea cups and some plates So, we had to clean these for our using.. Breakfast has to pay extra 10 dollars a day for each person. The only include one slice of bread, one egg, cereal and small plastic pack of jam, penat butter , canola and Vegemite. In others accomadation these normally includes without additional pay

AUAUQuiet location with bush garden within a couple of minutes drive to local hotel and other eateries. Close to Bruny Island Ferry. Only 4 private rooms each with outdoor deck and BBQ looking into bush garden. A defined kitchen area. Morning and evening we had visits from bush fowl and pademelons. Little touches like fresh flowers, night light in bathroom, room freshener had been thought of. Wines and snacks were on hand at reasonable prices.
