El Dorado Motel

Quiet and convenient location.

Room had not been cleaned prior to my checkin. And even after the front desk person came down and did some work it was filthy-ass dirty.

Bathroom nicely remodeled and good ac

The desk manager was rude and yelled at a guest, and overcharged for the room, and charged a $100 deposit that was not listed or discussed until they charged the room on my card.. There was no mention that they were remodeling and walkways were taped off, and workers were making noise ourside early morning.

Only there briefly. Picked the motel because they were dog friendly.

Fantastic stay staff was great and treated us very well.

Rude staff - overcharged 2 extra times and do nothing but tell you that they’ve “never had this problem before…!” Well, then why is there two charges gone from my account PLUS you charged me on site again because.. quote “our records aren’t showing” but I have literally shown you where you have taken two charges! Your only resolution is to tell me to refresh my screen(browser) and then threaten me???? NEVER USE THIS PLACE - THEY ARE USELESS AND RUDE, UNACCOMODATING AND TERRIBLE. I would give them a negative review if I could- you don’t deserve one single star. And now, to date, I am still wait g for these two “pending “ charges to drop from my account, guess I’ll be ringing the motel again.
