Schludny obiekt i dosyć nowe wykończenia. Architektura trochę uboga, bo Skandynawski minimalizm, ale znośna. Za to z pewnością najlepsza lokalizacja w mieście. Trochę głośno od strony jezdni.

Kompozytowe deski tarasowe na dachowym patio zaczęły się ruszać i partnerka zrobiła sobie krzywdę.
