Accueil très agréable de la gérante , service impeccable, restauration sur place avec du choix. Dommage que leur piscine n'était pas ouverte cause protection COVID.

Accueil parfait cependant l’hôtel est annoncé avec piscine et une fois arrivé là bas celle ci était bâchée et l’accès fermé. Chambre nickel salle de bain et toilette indépendant juste le matelas beaucoup trop moue !!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr durchwachsen. In der ersten Nacht konnten wir nicht schlafen, da die Klimaanlage jede Stunde einen Lärmpegel verursacht hat wie ein startendes Flugzeug. Der CheckIn war sehr unfreundlich. Obwohl das Hotel sich direkt an der Autobahn befindet (Reiseroute) konnte trotz gegenteiliger Aussage keiner Englisch am Empfang. Da mein Französisch etwas eingerostet ist, hätte ich auf drei weitere Sprachen ausweichen können, jedoch konnte auch diese niemand. Bis auf zwei Damen war das Personal super hilfsbereich und freundlich. Das Essen und der Kaffee im Hotel Restaurant ist praktisch ungenießbar und richtig teuer.

Locale pulito stanza piccola in generale ok. Contro colazione a pagamento 10 euro a persona e piscina fuori servizio. Peccato che avevamo scelto questo hotel solo per la piscina

I was double charged. Fortunately, they swiftly reimbursed the fare, but the €6.6 tax was not refunded. They said it’s not their responsibility, but I don’t understand why it’s impossible to cancel the payment itself at the hotel front. The hotel was just so-so. The room was big with 3 single beds and one double, and air-conditioning was good. However, hot water was unstable, and the drainage of the washstand was poor. The pool was to small(about 10 sq m2) and closed.
