Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Free washer.

Close to the caves, but right on the busy highway and when large trucks come by the the building shakes and they are lad. If your plan is to get a room as far back away from.the road as possible. Be aware a loud train goes by just behind the lodge in the middle of the night. I carry noise canceling headphones for these situations. So I got buy. TV worked well u til the last couple of hours I was there. Then I couldn't get anything.

Really comfortable stay on our first night in New Zealand after a long drive from the Auckland airport. Spacious accommodation that was very clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent Wifi. Close to the main centre of town.

No issues at all. Well planned out accommodation that ticks all the boxes for us especially for a one night stay.

Gut ausgestattete Küche- Bad mit Duschgel/Shampoo und Creme sehr gut ausgestattet. Betten waren sehr bequem! Wir haben hier geschlafen, um am nächsten Morgen früh zu den Waitomo Caves aufzubrechen! Supermarkt um die Ecke… Großartiger Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank ans Team!

Ich mag generell keinen Teppichboden in Hotelzimmern. Dieser war sauber 😉
