Holiday Inn Express Conway by IHG

We like the area and comfort.

Only complaint was the room felt damp with a/c but it was a 100 degree day. Breakfast was fine and bed was comfortable. Only stayed 1 night.

Tub was dirty and towel had a red stain on it which looked like blood

Staff was very polite and helpful

Breakfast is always fantastic and the location s safe. I usually have no problem with this hotel and I stay there often.

When I got there, the lady behind the desk had told me that I had reserved two rooms, I only needed one. I had at first gone through Holiday Inn Express but I never got a confirmation email so I didnt think it went through, so the next morning they only had 2 rooms left and I went through a third party. I would have to call the third party to cancel that reservation. She could have just cancelled the one through Holliday Inn Express Res. But she did not tell me that. The third party would not cancel the reservation. Also when I went into the room it was 55 degrees, although it was August, it was very cold and I could not get the complicated air unit to get above that without turning on the heat.

Clean, quiet, nice staff.

Plumbing a little slow. Had to plunge the toilet.

My family and I were in town for a football camp, so the property served its purpose. Extra towels were not readily available but overall out stay was nice.

They had the best continental breakfast I’ve ever had

Bed had bugs, microwave didn’t work, domestic dispute next door, doors slamming all night. Breakfast was disgusting, rude front desk staff, dirty bathroom. They called me the day before and told me if I didn’t prepay for my room the reservation would be canceled THEN charged another reservation incidental fee at check in.
