"A repetir!"

A localização do hotel é ótima, de frente para a praia, conseguindo-se ver o mar de vários espaços do hotel. O pequeno-almoço é muito bom e apresenta grande variedade de produtos. A grande maioria dos funcionários (receção, restaurante da piscina e limpeza) é muito amável e estão sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Porém, alguns funcionários do restaurante principal deveriam ser mais simpáticos para com os hóspedes portugueses...

O apoio aos hóspedes na piscina pode ser melhorado, não basta o funcionário estar sentado à entrada desse espaço e não prestar o devido apoio quando solicitado. O serviço de wi-fi precisa ser melhorado.

La vue, nous sommes toujours agréablement surpris par la vue. Nous sortons de l'hôtel et sommes de suite sur les pantons de la plage. Une superbe terrasse dans notre chambre avec vue sur la mer vraiment parfait. Le petit déjeuner parfait aussi.

La seule chose qui nous frappe à chaque fois c'est le manque de sourire, de bonjour, de l'interaction du personnel au petit déjeuner. Sinon les femmes de chambre aimable et souriante, la réception aussi.
