Lagació Hotel Mountain Residence

Very nice rooms, excellent breakfast and amenities and very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed 2 nights in this wonderful hotel. The view from our room across to the mountains was absolutely beautiful. It's just a shame you've got to overlook a car park. The shower was hot & powerful. The staff here were super attentive & friendly. They also spoke good English. We have never stayed in a hotel with the choice of breakfast as good as here. There is so much choice - we wanted to try everything, but it just wasn't possible. We would definitely stay here again.

Signs in the room about towels being replaced that weren't followed. We chose not to put ours in the wash basket for washing, yet they still replaced them. It's not good for the environment or necessary to change towels daily.

Lagacio is a beautiful, high end lodging in the heart of the Dolomites. Staff was exceptional and helped us take advantage of lift and transportation deals in the area. Breakfast was fantastic, with Erika talking with us each morning about the best hikes, lift rides and access to hiking, and what the most scenic drives, hikes, etc were. This extra "local" info really helped make this one of our best stays ever in Europe. San Cassiano is the BEST place to stay to explore the Dolomites - short drives to Corvara, Val Gardena, and Cortina de Ampezzo. Strongly recommend you stay here when in the Dolomites.

Can't think of anything they could have done better, this stay exceeded our expectations at every level.

Everything was so perfect, one of the best hotels i ever stayed in and i stayed in alot of hotels, the breakfast was exquisite we had two rounds of breakfast everyday and the granola bars were so so good. Also the attention to details in the suite was out of this world i love how they paid attention to the little things, honestly i don’t know how this place is rated as 4 stars i would give it 10 stars in a heart beat.

Nothing it was the perfect

Centrally located but a little away from The main part of town.

It was hard to find how to walk out onto the street level.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered without exception, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. Location is also 1hr from all the good hikes. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Excellent breakfast, Very helpful staff

This was our second time at the Legació and it won't be the last. The place is beautiful, well located for hikes and biking, visiting lakes, and just having fun in the Dolomites. Service is outstanding and the staff very friendly. I want to thank and recognize Sabine at the front desk and Ericka at breakfast for their great service.
