Was fantastisch wat een sevice. Moest bij komen met een glas champagne die ik kreeg bij aankomst. Kamer was prachtig eten zalig ontbijt hemel hmm dank Savarin voor alles

"More a 4* than a 5*"

The room was cold and I had the heating up in the mid 20s centigrade. The hotel is supposed to have a nice restaurant (and maybe their dinners are great, I don’t know) but the breakfast was quite ordinary and the cooked food I had very average. The coffee is from a machine, not freshly made. They had no chef on duty for breakfast and the staff did their best with the limited choice on offer. There is a nice little pool but the indoor jacuzzi is too cold to be comfortable and the changing room is tiny. On the positive side, the outdoor area with hot tub is nice, the are nice and professional and helpful.

"Wer Wellness sucht, der ist hier falsch"

Unser Aufenthalt war in Ordnung - jedoch keine 5 Sterne wert. Für ein Spa-Hotel ist das Angebot mehr als dürftig. 2 Saunen, ein kleiner Ruheraum, ein paar Liegen. Ärgerlich war vor allem, dass die vorher gebuchte Anwendung im Spa auf den Nachmittag verschoben wurde ohne uns dies vorher mitzuteilen. Wir konnten diese dann aufgrund der Rückreise nicht wahr nehmen. Hier waren auch die Mitarbeiter wenig kundenfreundlich und waren sich auch keiner Schuld bewusst. Einzig und allein das französische 3 Gänge-Menü hat sich gelohnt. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und konnte durchweg Englisch oder Deutsch, leider hilft dies nur mäßig über die anderen Mängel hinweg.

Over rated. Spa is quite small. Pretents to beluxurious but its not. Breakfast is pretty standard for a high price. Not very attentive staff, average breakfast selection.
