Modern facilities and rooftop bar

Awkward location for pick and drop off,a particular manager at the rooftop bar,he was very rude.

Surprise.....location is fantastic for Fortitude Music Hall events and local attractions. Staff were super friendly and professional. The room was sufficient in size with twin king single beds that were super supportive and comfortable and small ensuite was more than sufficient in size, everything was superbly clean. The rooftop bar adjacent to the accommodation is a welcome oasis in the heart of the bustling metropolis.

Nothing to complain about I'm sorry to say.

Communication with hostel is always good, check in is easy and staff are great. Great location and handy 24 hour check in. Beds are joined to the walls which means your bunkmate's movements do not disturb you at night which is such a bonus. Having the bathroom connected to your room is very handy and the fact the toilet and shower are separate is great as you rarely have to wait for others to finish up.

Bathroom in the room was a little dirty, I'm not sure how often they are cleaned but I can imagine cleaning an 8 bed hostel room, even daily, is like fighting a losing battle.

Comfortable, accessible.

Everything was modern and clean and thoughtfully set up. Ample towels, bath mat, towel hooks, night lamps, bed side tables all added to the comfort. There was no desk in this room but plenty of space in the lounge area to work from if needed. The view from the window was an interesting surprise. And of course, location is great, walking distance to the valley, CBD, Howard Smith Wharves etc. Staff were very freindly, 24 hour staffing makes check in at any time easy.

It was all good for our very short one night stay. We did not use the kitchen, laundry or any other common facilities so we can't comment on them but they all looked well set up when we walked through.
